EKL-3EKL-4系列面板型電纜短路接地故障指示器 EarthFault&ShortCircuitIndicatorEKL-3.EKL-4 概述 EKL3.EKL-4面板型故障指示器是配套安裝在配電網絡系統中的環(huán)網開關柜、電纜分支箱、箱變上,用于指示相應電纜區(qū)段的短路和單相接地故障的一種實時監(jiān)測裝置。線路發(fā)生故障時,工作人員可借助指示器的報警指示,迅速確定故障區(qū)段,并找出故障點。同時,報警信息可實時發(fā)送到監(jiān)控中心的服務器,在監(jiān)控電腦的屏幕上顯示出故障所在的區(qū)域和具體位置,引導巡線人員迅速確定故障區(qū)段并找出故障點。該指示器為解決故障查找問題提供了***途徑。對提高工作效率,縮短停電時間,迅速恢復供電,提高供電可靠性和經濟效益,有著十分重要的意義。 Generaldescription: EKL3.EKL-4panelFAULTindicatorisacompletesysteminstalledonadistributionnetworkintheringnetworkswitchcabinet,cablebranchbox,boxvariableonthecablesusedtoindicatethecorrespondingsectionsoftheshort-circuitandsingle-phasegroundfaultofareal-timemonitoringdevice.Linefailure,thestaffcanmakeuseofindicatoralarminstructions,toquicklyidentifyfaultsectionandfindthepointoffailure.Atthesametime,real-timealarminformation canbesenttothemonitoringcentersserversformonitoringthecomputerscreenfailureandspecificlocationoftheregionwheretheguidelinepatrolofficerstoquicklyidentifyfaultsectionandfindthepointoffailure.Thisindicatorissuestoaddressthefailuretofindthebestway.Improvingworkefficiency,reduceoutagetime,therapidrestorationofelectricity,improvereliabilityandeconomicbenefitsofgreatsignificance. 主要功能 1.短路報警指示:短路傳感器在工作中檢測線路的電流,當線路發(fā)生短路故障且故障電流達到或超過報警電流整定值時,短路傳感器發(fā)出報警信號,通過光纖傳輸給主機,主機接收到此信號后,產生相應的報警指示信號。 2.接地報警指示:接地傳感器在工作中檢測線路的零序電流,當線路發(fā)生接地故障且接地故障電流達到或超過報警電流整定值時,接地傳感器發(fā)出報警信號,通過光纖傳輸到主機,主機接收到此信號后,產生相應的報警指示信號。 3.自動復位:當指示器發(fā)出報警信號后,如果無人工復位,則指示器將在設定的復位時間內自動復位。 4.人工復位:當指示器產生報警后,可通過觸發(fā)指示器主機面板上的“復位/測試”按鈕進行復位,以解除報警。 5.測試:指示器可進行工作性能自檢。通過按下主機面板上的“復位/測試”按鈕并保持1.5秒進行測試。 6.智能化:指示器產生指示報警信號后,可將報警信號輸出遠傳。也可接收遠方的復位信號,對指示器進行遠方復位 操作。 Mainfunction: 1.Short-circuitalarminstructions:short-circuitsensortodetectlinesintheworkofcurrent,short-circuitfaultoccurswhenthecircuitandthefaultcurrentreachedorexceededthealarmcurrentsettingvalue,theshort-circuitsensoralarmsignalsthroughtheopticalfibertransmissiontothehost,thehostreceivesthissignalAftertheinstructionstoproducealarmsignals. 2.Groundingalarminstructions:groundsensorstodetectthelineintheworkofzerosequencecurrent,groundfaultoccurswhenthecircuitandearthfaultcurrenttoreachorexceedthecurrentalarmsettingvalue,thegroundsensoralarmsignalsthroughtheopticalfibertransmissiontothehost,thehostreceivesthissignaltogenerateacorrespondingalarmindicationsignal. 3.Auto-Reset:Whentheindicatoralarmsignal,ifthereisnomanualreset,thentheindicatorwillberesetatthesettimeautomaticallyreset. 4.Manualreset:Whentheindicatorgeneratedthealarm,thehostcantriggertheindicatorpanelonthe"Reset/Test"buttontoresettoremovethealarm. 5.Test:performanceindicatorcanbetheworkofself-test.Thehostpanelbypressingthe"Reset/Test"buttonandmaintainthe1.5secondsfortesting. 6.Intelligence:indicatoralarmsignalgeneratedinstructionscanbealarmsignaloutputFET.Canalsoberesettoreceivedistantsignalstoremoteresetoperationoftheindicator. |
